The FedEx commercial kills me. Speaking of Castaway, I really liked it, but can't watch it again.
This cheap/free date idea list is interesting. It has me wondering if either of the 2 people who check this blog have a date night, and what it usually consists of. Maybe most of what it usually consists of.

Liked the date ideas too. We are soooo boring when it comes to date nights. Usually it's dinner and the movies, or dinner and go browse at the bookstore. But even though we're not too creative, it's still just a huge treat to enjoy these things without worrying about the kids. We're lucky to have Tim's parents nearby to sit for us occasionally, and we've found a cheap, but reliable, babysitter near us. We actually have a date night coming up this weekend - Linda offered to take the kids Saturday afternoon to Sunday afternoon!! Maybe I can talk Tim into going to San Diego and enjoying the zoo or the beach. Whatever we do, even if it's just the same old stuff, it's nice to be together just as a couple for awhile.
